With a large library of standard reports, and a very easy point-and-click interface reports can be easily modified and customized based upon your specific needs. Reporting is available on virtually any data field within the system. And all of our reports run in “real-time” so the information is constantly up-to-date.
Our Reporting Wizard allows each client to quickly and easily determine the fields and define specific criteria to be included in each report. With built-in multi-level security configurability, the information will flow based upon previously approved security settings so that your data is appropriately protected.
Clients may also need specialized or more complex automated reports. Instead of putting the burden on your staff to “figure out” how to generate those reports, or charge you extra to make the system work the way you need, your EBenefits Account Manager will work directly with you to custom build those reports at no charge.
