We contracted with EBenefits to help us resolve and fix issues we had with our manual enrollment and billing processes, both in house and with vendors. EBS understood our objectives (corporately and departmentally) and did not over promise. They have successfully delivered an enrollment and benefit administration platform in the short time frame we had allowed for the project. Our employees were able to navigate the system easily and had access to the call center for questions. Administratively, the reports and functions available allow me to get my job done more effectively so that I can focus on other corporate initiatives.
