ESight™, our new module that was designed specifically for the broker and consultant community, gives you even more insight into your clients. It provides brokers and consultants with real-time access to the same information that each individual HR Team has, but also enables you to summarize and review data across multiple clients, by coverage line or by enrollment level, eligibility, and other desirable parameters so that you can quickly gauge the success of your programs across your client base and formulate action plans to improve results. This tool essentially raises-the-bar for all HR/Benefit Systems and will become the gold-standard in terms of what sophisticated brokers/insurers/consultants need and want.
The technology can be used by you in many ways:
ESight™ allows the user to setup a client-specific system within 90-120 days, much shorter than other full-service benefit administration systems in the marketplace. In addition to the ability to rapidly deploy individual clients on ESight™, the system allows users to leverage existing client and benefit plan setups, further reducing the workload to build a client on the EBenefits platform. Through the use of 'templates' users can simply copy an existing template and then fine-tune the data and setup for each client's particular needs.
A client's system can be built by an EBenefits staff member, a member of your team, or created by a third-party partner you may already work with. EBenefits will ensure the system is built correctly and will provide all the training necessary if you decide to build the system in-house or through your leveraged relationships.
With the ability to manage all of your clients in one simple system comes communication functionality that allows you to effectively announce any product, service, or information you need to in a very efficient manner.
If your organization was to announce the release of a new product, they could do so by providing direct email communications to producers and representatives through the ESight™ technology in a matter of minutes. At the same time similar, but necessarily different, communications can go to your client population through both email functionality on EBenefits, and the EBenefits' message center which posts any announcements onto the EBenefits system. The next time an employee accesses their benefits online they will see a new message waiting for them in the message center. In addition, the documents that support the new offering can be posted to the EBenefits documentation center, allowing employees to access those documents anytime, from any location. You can manage these documents (add, edit, or delete them) as necessary to ensure that only correct information is posted. Finally, through the use of ESight™ and user access protocols, you can communicate to your own team to ensure that they are up to speed with communications to partners and clients.
