EBenefits will provide a professional enrollment team onsite during the annual enrollment or implementation period to teach employees how to access, register, and use the system.
The goal is to increase employee adoption and consistent use of the system. The intent of the EBenefits system is to not only automate certain HR functions and make enrollment periods more efficient, but to truly allow your population to self-manage their pay and benefits.
The team will review your online communication documents, as well as test the functionality of the system so they are completely prepared for the enrollment meetings with your employees.
Our service support doesn't end with an onsite enrollment team. We further support your employees by providing a well-trained client service team that is available from Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern Time. This team can answer any questions your employees may have regarding the EBenefits system, how to handle benefit changes and elections, and even point them to your vendor and carrier community for specific questions about claims and benefit design.
Your client service team will be trained on your organization's particular culture, benefits, and administrative policies. Furthermore, the service team is involved in the setup and testing of your particular EBenefits system, again giving them firsthand knowledge and experience on how to help your employees navigate their benefit elections. The client services team is available year round to handle ongoing, life event changes that your employees may encounter. The team is backed up with state-of-the-art technology to allow automated call routing, call tracking, and performance monitoring.
One of our goals at EBenefits is to not only build an extremely comprehensive and customized benefit/HR administration system, but to support it with a talented enrollment and client services team. Through our hiring, training, and ongoing support we believe these teams further separate EBenefits from the rest.
